Job summary

Coastal Forest Products, headquartered in Bow, NH, is seeking an EWP Sales Operations Specialist to support the Inside Sales department. You will quote, enter orders, and assist customers while coordinating with the EWP Design team to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role emphasizes sales operations, forecasting support, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. A strong customer service focus and collaboration across departments are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in inside sales, sales ops, order management, or related support function.
• Experience in building materials or construction is a plus, not required.
• Knowledge of engineered wood products is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track daily quoting and order entry activities.
• Respond to inquiries about products, orders, availability, and related information.
• Maintain internal plan documentation and update calculations as needed.
• Communicate shipment delays or issues and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare and distribute sales activity and order status reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, EWP Design, and Operations teams for reporting and workflow.
