Job summary

Coastal Forest Products in Bow, NH is seeking an EWP Sales Operations Specialist to coordinate quoting, order entry, and customer support within the Inside Sales team. You will partner with the EWP Design group to keep data accurate and processes efficient.

The role requires at least 2 years in inside sales or sales operations, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with full benefits. Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, sales ops, order management or related support functions.
• Experience in building materials or construction industry is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of engineered wood products is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and cross‑department collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track daily quoting and order entry activities with accuracy.
• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries regarding products, orders, and availability.
• Maintain internal planning docs, enter data, and perform calculations as needed.
• Communicate delays or issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Prepare sales activity and order status reports for stakeholders and reps.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Design, and Operations to support workflow.
• Create and process RMAs with proper documentation and follow-through.
• Provide daily operational and customer support and share product knowledge.
