Shorr Packaging Corp. in Des Moines, Iowa is seeking a National Accounts Project Manager to partner with National Account Executives and lead key account projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate reviews, manage margins, and drive process improvements with sales management and branch administration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year B2B experience, strong organization and project management skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Occasional travel (~10%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B experience in customer service, sales, or buyer roles.
• Packaging industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and people management skills.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and implementation of Key Account projects.
• Lead and coordinate business reviews with Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Branch Administration.
• Review commission reports to identify margin improvement opportunities by customer/product category.
• Hold weekly team meetings to identify, communicate and assign priorities.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Direct and motivate internal and external resources for peak performance.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and track deliverables.
• Provide direction and support to project team and stakeholders.
• Travel to key account locations as needed (approximately 10%).
