In this role, you will support a national account program with a strong focus on project delivery, client communication, and coordinated execution across internal teams and field resources. Working under the direction of the Program Manager, the Project Manager provides oversight for a portfolio of assigned projects, acts as a key point of contact for project and operational issues, and helps ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives.
This role is responsible for managing and coordinating project activity across a national account portfolio, with an emphasis on physical security delivery, stakeholder communication, schedule control, and issue resolution. You will partner closely with program leadership, field teams, internal stakeholders, and the client to support consistent execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Own project plans from initiation through execution, with clear accountability for results, safety, and integrity. Stay close to the work by understanding field conditions, removing obstacles, and helping the client move work forward. Track progress against plan, identify risks early, and act quickly to protect schedule, scope, and budget. Use candor and structured problem‑solving to drive continuous improvement across project execution and service delivery. Work as one team with program leadership, operations, sales, and field teams to align decisions and share information openly. Implement and operate within a project‑controlled environment aligned to JCI playbook requirements. Develop and maintain a project scoreboard that provides clear visibility into status, risks, and key deliverables. Provide coaching, mentoring, and practical support to field project managers, installation managers, and technicians. Lead or participate in meetings with confidence, representing Johnson Controls professionally with clients and internal partners. Use project reviews to identify benefits, track progress, and support meaningful corrective actions.

$99,000 to $159,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
