The Project Manager, National Accounts provides oversight for a portfolio of projects executed and managed by Johnson Controls under the direction of the Program Manager. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for project coordination, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives. You will work across internal teams and customer stakeholders to keep work moving, maintain project visibility, and support strong customer relationships.
Own project plans with accountability, follow through, and a consistent focus on safe, high-quality delivery.
Stay close to the work by coordinating directly with field teams, clients, and internal partners to remove obstacles quickly.
Track progress against plan, communicate changes early, and keep stakeholders aligned on what matters most.
Use a project-controlled environment and Johnson Controls Playbook requirements to maintain discipline and visibility.
Measure benefits, manage risks, and apply continuous improvement with candor and practical problem-solving.
Work as one team by building trust, sharing information openly, and valuing diverse perspectives across functions.
Balance customer advocacy with the willingness to guide clients when process or scope changes are needed.
Support field project managers, installation managers, and technicians with mentoring, advice, and timely escalation support.

$106,000 to $159,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
