Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a National Accounts Project Manager to oversee the handoff from sales to service, coordinate installations, and resolve on-site challenges to deliver exceptional execution.

The role interfaces with National Account Sales, Order Management and regional branches, requires 5 years in project management in industrial equipment, a HS diploma, and strong communication skills. SAP and Google Workspace proficiency are preferred, and on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a college degree in engineering, business administration, or project management preferred.
• 5 years of experience in project management or coordination within industrial equipment, field service, or technical account management.
• Excellent communication and phone skills with proven ability to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency in computer skills; SAP experience is highly preferred; Google Workspace experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive smooth transitions: assess project requirements, facility readiness, and agreements to establish timelines.
• Manage installations: coordinate installation/commissioning with internal teams, contractors, and site contacts.
• Monitor & report: keep comprehensive project records and provide real-time status updates.
• Solve problems: be the primary escalation point for on-site conflicts, missing equipment, or scheduling issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: ensure on-time start-up and commissioning across departments.
