Job summary

Vehicle Service Group, A Dover Company, is seeking a skilled National Accounts Manager to oversee lift repair and installation projects for designated national accounts. You will dispatch tickets, audit invoices, and provide technical guidance to RAI teams while building strong relationships with account representatives and the RAI network.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of sales principles.
• 2+ years in customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• 35% RAI Management: negotiate fees, dispatch and assist RAI with issues.
• 35% Account Management: oversee national accounts, audit invoices, provide technical descriptions.
• 20% Order Management: manage parts and lift orders, quotes and follow-ups.
• 10% Other duties assigned.
