Job summary

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of sales principles.
2+ years in customer service.
Above average interpersonal skills, business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Strong client follow-up and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

RAI management: identify, negotiate fees, dispatch and follow up with RAI for lift repairs/installations.
Provide technical descriptions of lift work and guide RAI with solutions.
Account management: oversee assigned national accounts and audit invoices.
Order management: manage part and lift orders from entry to follow-up.
Other duties assigned.
