Model 1 Commercial Vehicles is hiring a Parts Business Development Manager for National Accounts in College Park, GA. You will promote and sell our parts and service solutions for buses and commercial vehicles to national accounts and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage pricing and contract terms, and report to the Parts Sales Manager. Travel is heavy (roughly 70%), and a proven sales record with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of direct sales experience in bus/commercial vehicle parts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive parts sales within national accounts and align with strategy.
• Identify and target national accounts; research market conditions.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships; present solutions.
• Manage pricing strategies and negotiate national agreements.
• Lead meetings, training, and provide sales reporting/forecasting.
