Dal-Tile is seeking an experienced National Accounts Specialist to drive inventory accuracy, replenishment, and related operational initiatives. You will partner with sales, customer service, production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and service excellence across National Accounts.

The role emphasizes analyzing demand, developing forecasts, managing orders, and coordinating with planning and supply chain to align capacity with forecasted needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Experience in DOMO preferred.
• Experience in sales support preferred.

Mansioni

• Analyze sales trends, customer demand and year-over-year performance to identify inventory requirements and growth opportunities.
• Review schedules, project pipelines, and account activity to develop inventory strategies and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly business reviews for National Accounts, including sales analysis and forecast recommendations.
• Create and manage blanket orders to support inventory availability and service commitments.
• Develop incremental forecasts for new opportunities and account expansions.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans to balance demand and investment.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to align capacity with forecasted demand.
• Manage inventory planning for MTO, non-stocked, and specialty programs.
• Coordinate production reviews with plants, planners and suppliers.
• Support National Account Managers with analysis, forecasts and risk/opportunity identification.
• Track seasonal demand trends to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management.
• Generate and distribute sales, inventory, forecast and open-order reports.
• Maintain National Account SKU attributes and data for reporting.
• Identify process improvements to boost forecasting accuracy and service levels.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
