Job summary

Dal-Tile, a unit of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a National Account Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, and related operational initiatives. You will work with sales, customer service, production, and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and service excellence.

The role involves analyzing demand, developing inventory strategies, and coordinating with plants and suppliers to balance inventory investment and customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
2-4 years experience or equivalent.
Experience in SAP and DOMO preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales trends and forecast demand for inventory.
Review construction schedules and account activity to set strategies.
Prepare monthly business reviews for National Accounts.
Create and manage blanket orders to support inventory availability.
Develop incremental forecasts for new opportunities and growth.
Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to align capacity.
Support National Account Managers with analysis and risk assessment.
Monitor seasonal demand and improve forecast accuracy.
