Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Sr National Accounts Specialist to serve as the National Accounts Multi-Family subject matter expert and to support customer relations, projects, and initiatives within the National Accounts sales function.

The role partners with the National Account sales team to drive business relationships, manage programs, and deliver solutions that improve account performance. Collaboration with Supply Chain, Credit, and other teams is essential to resolve issues and optimize

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combo with Multi-Family experience.
Experience with in-store SSC operations and store systems proficiency is required.
Experience in Multi-Family sales support and relationships with Multi-Family customers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as National Accounts Multi-Family subject matter expert to support customer relations and projects.
Partner with National Account sales team to drive business relationships and improve accounts.
Coordinate deliveries and timing to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction.
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Credit, and other teams to resolve issues.
Prepare sales, inventory, pricing, and account reports; assist with preparing presentations.
Maintain and improve system functionality for up-to-date customer information.
Perform other duties as needed.
