Dal-Tile is seeking a National Accounts Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, replenishment, and related operational initiatives. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and optimal service levels.

The role requires strong data analysis, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration to support growth and customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits tied to a larger Mohawk

Competenze

• Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Experience in DOMO preferred.
• Experience in sales support preferred.

Mansioni

• Analyze sales trends, customer demand patterns, and year‑over‑year performance to identify inventory requirements.
• Develop inventory strategies and demand forecasts from project pipelines and account activity.
• Conduct monthly reviews for National Accounts, including sales analysis and forecast recommendations.
• Create, maintain, and manage blanket orders to support inventory availability.
• Coordinate production reviews and inventory planning with plants, planners, and suppliers.
• Support National Account Managers with inventory analysis and risk/opportunity identification.
• Generate and distribute sales, inventory, forecast, and open-order reports.
