Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Planning Analyst to support Distribution and Production functions by managing inventory levels to meet budget and customer service goals.

You will work with planning and operations teams to analyze data, generate insights, and contribute to effective planning strategies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and data analysis tools would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and distribution teams to manage inventory levels and forecasting.
• Develop purchasing and inventory plans to meet capacity and budget objectives.
• Monitor production orders and supplier shipments to ensure service levels.
• Prepare reports assessing feasibility, cost, and regulatory conformance.
• Handle confidential data with integrity and discretion.
