Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Dallas seeks a Sr National Accounts Specialist to serve as a Multi-Family subject matter expert, driving relationships and project execution with the National Accounts sales team.

You will coordinate deliveries, resolve issues with Supply Chain, Inventory, and Credit, and develop strategic plans to improve account performance while maintaining accurate customer data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-6 years' relevant experience or equivalent in Multi-Family.
• In-store Sales Service Center operations and SSC store systems proficiency required.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Experience in Multi-Family sales support with current customers is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for Multifamily National Account contractor customers for day-to-day operations.
• Contractor lists to be provided by RVPs and managed nationally.
• Schedule container direct deliveries to customer and jobsite for LVF in phases.
• Schedule Truckload direct deliveries to customer and jobsite for Tile and Sundries in phases.
• Identify and anticipate needs of Multi-Family accounts and provide solutions for satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Credit, and other teams as SME for National Accounts.
• Work with National Account sales to improve strategy, pricing, and inventory availability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with the National Accounts team.
• Monitor accounts for program and process improvements and provide leadership with analyses.
• Prepare sales presentations and maintain up-to-date customer information.
