Job summary

Cogent Communications, a multinational ISP, seeks an in-office Regional Sales professional to identify and close new business across the national territory, focusing on mid-market and large accounts. You will leverage outbound calls and events to drive growth and meet revenue targets.

Candidates should have proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems. A college degree is preferred but not required, with a comprehensive benefits package and earnings

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities within the Regional Sales Territory through prospecting and hunting.
• Qualify and generate opportunities via direct calls, email, and other outreach to Key Decision Makers.
• Support field activities with walks, events, and face-to-face meetings.
• Position Cogent's services to meet connectivity needs for customers.
• Aim to achieve monthly revenue goals by selling into large national commercial buildings.
