Job summary

Marini SkinSolutions, INC. is seeking a National Account Development Manager to grow partnerships with key national accounts across CT, RI and MA. You will build strategic relationships, train through our Education team, and leverage our CRM to drive growth.

The role requires travel to client sites and industry events, with a focus on expanding our skincare footprint through consultative selling and strong account management within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in national accounts or large-client sales.
• Experience in skincare or medical aesthetics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Training and development: complete interactive training and master CRM.
• National account development: build and nurture partnerships with key national accounts.
• Business consultation: manage service and retail support, training, and relationship management.
• Sales strategy: develop ideas to grow accounts and drive sell-through of products.
• Routing and monthly cycle visits: plan and execute regular visits to accounts.
• Performance metrics: achieve monthly and quarterly targets with bonuses and commissions (no cap).
