Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an Estimation Coordinator to oversee and optimize work order management within National Accounts. You will report to the Account Manager and coordinate between local branches, subcontractors, and national account customers to ensure smooth service delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• We expect 1–2 years in a customer service oriented role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide dispatch support by assisting National Accounts Managers to coordinate service work for national accounts, ensuring schedules are accurate and efficient.
• Serve as a communication liaison between local branches, subcontractors, and national account customers to facilitate effective communication.
• Manage schedule updates by coordinating with National Accounts Managers to update service dates with branches and subcontractors.
