Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Portfolio Specialist to manage national accounts, enforce SLAs, and coordinate between branches, subcontractors, and enterprise customers. This is an office-based role with no travel required and a strong emphasis on precision and accountability.

You will oversee the work order process from proposal through execution, manage multiple accounts, and provide performance visibility to drive continuous improvement within the Core Sales Team Operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or operations coordination experience.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or work streams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage work order process from proposal generation through execution.
• Coordinate with local branches, subcontractors, and national account customers.
• Enforce SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations across the team.
• Lead weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customer touchpoint meetings.
