Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) supports a family-owned premium seafood producer hiring a Director of Sales, National Accounts to own its largest grocery and club retail relationships. You will report to the President and manage the national book end to end: bids, vendor setup, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling food products into national or regional grocery, club, or mass retail from supplier side.
• Led major retail accounts personally, not only via a team.
• Hands-on experience with retail bids, vendor portals, item setup, and compliance requirements.
• Comfortable with company pricing and program deals with leadership.
• Forecast seasonal pull-through rather than reporting closed deals.
• Experience in frozen, protein, perishable, or seafood categories is a plus.
• CRM discipline; HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site 5 days a week with a close-knit sales team.
