Job summary

Rainier Recruiting seeks a National Accounts Manager – Foods in Edmonds, WA. This in-office role requires regular presence in the Seattle area with flexible hours.

You will manage major national accounts, drive new business with national retail and foodservice, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.

The base salary starts at $125K+, with total first-year OTE of $200K-$280K, plus 401(k) with match, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience managing large national accounts, preferably in grocery/retail channels.
• CRM proficiency; HubSpot experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of major national accounts.
• Drive new business development with national retail, wholesale, and foodservice accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to balance growth and margins.
• Coordinate with Credit, Sales Support, Production, and Logistics for order execution.
• Identify product/category opportunities within existing accounts.
• Report on account performance and market feedback to leadership.
• Travel approximately 10–15% to support key accounts and events.
