Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8–10 years in dealer development, distribution, or national accounts.
• Experience in material handling, forklift, or related dealer-distribution industry preferred.
• Ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and develop long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national accounts strategy for the Material Handling/Forklift division.
• Identify and pursue strategic national and multi-location opportunities.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key national accounts.
• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with internal stakeholders.
• Develop customized solutions based on customer requirements and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate opportunities across the dealer network for consistent coverage, pricing, and support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Support, Marketing, and others to deliver solutions.
• Monitor performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities; prepare forecasts and reviews.
