Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Data Administrator to onboard new customers and implement data changes for National Account clients. You will coordinate with Sales and Sales Support teams and communicate client updates to the field via email. The role supports implementation and renewal cycles across major accounts.

The position emphasizes accuracy, timely data changes, and clear cross-functional communication within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1–3 years of client service experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Ability to learn new business unit software programs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administers various clerical processes such as initial service setups, pricing changes, frequency changes, account conversions, and mass cancellations.
• Works under limited supervision following standard procedures to complete tasks.
• Assists others in obtaining information from databases and completing special projects.
• Maintains and updates moderately large reports for the department.
• May assist in training and instructing co-workers.
• Performs other administrative duties as needed.
