DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, KS is seeking a Project Coordinator for National Accounts Construction. You will help plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet project goals on time and within budget.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication with clients and vendors, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and mechanical inclination are a plus.

Qualifications

• Construction management degree or two years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager/Engineer in construction/service.
• Excellent math, ability to verify bids for accuracy, and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specs to determine materials and budget; coordinate with vendors for scheduling and installs.
• Direct activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget; use status reports for updates.
• Present findings to managers and clients and explain technical details clearly.
• Maintain job files with information for accurate billing and completion.
• Work with partners and service team to meet service level agreements.
