Qualifications

• Construction Management degree with at least three years’ experience as a Construction Project Engineer or Construction Assistant Project Manager.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with bidding, RFI, submittals, contracts, change orders, site safety/management, progress meetings, Procore, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to determine materials, order materials, and coordinate with vendors within budget.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects advance on schedule and within budget; review status reports.
• Present information and communicate technical findings to managers, clients, and customers.
