Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Data Administrator to join our field-facing team. This full-time role supports onboarding new customers and implements client changes across National Accounts.

You will handle data input accuracy, coordination with Sales and Sales Support, and ensure timely communications. The position offers benefits from day one and growth opportunities within a world-class organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of client service experience required.
• Organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to learn new business unit software programs as needed.

Responsibilities

This role collaborates with the Sales and Sales Support Teams to onboard new customers and make other data changes (i.e., The Data Administrator communicates client changes (new, changing, cancellations) to the field via e-mail. The Data Administrator role plays a key part in the implementation and renewal cycles of National Account clients.

Key Performance Indicators

• Accuracy of data input
• Timeliness of new starts and other client data changes
• Timely and accurate field-based communications
• Administers various clerical processes (examples may include initial service and account set up, pricing and frequency change, account conversions, and mass cancellations, etc).

Responsibilities
