Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. is seeking a Data Administrator to onboard new customers and manage client changes via email. You will support the implementation and renewal cycles for National Account clients, working under supervision and following established procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years of client service experience, and strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficiency with office software is essential.

This role collaborates with the Sales and Sales Support Teams to onboard new customers and make other data changes (i.e., The Data Administrator communicates client changes (new, changing, cancellations) to the field via e-mail. The Data Administrator role plays a key part in the implementation and renewal cycles of National Account clients.

Key Performance Indicators

• Accuracy of data input
• Timeliness of new starts and other client data changes
• Timely and accurate field-based communications
• Administers various clerical processes (examples may include initial service and account set up, pricing and frequency change, account conversions, and mass cancellations, etc).

Responsibilities

• Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Assists others in obtaining information from database and special projects.
• May assist in training and instructing co-workers.
• Performs other administrative duties as needed .

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
