Qualifications

• Actively completing bachelor's degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Marketing, or related program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• College level - current Junior or Senior student, graduation dates Dec 2027 - May 2028.
• Strong proficiency in understanding financial statements.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Strong analytical skillset with ability to think through issues.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be a continual learner.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.
• Self-starter who can work independently and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
