Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Economics, Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Junior or Senior student with graduation dates between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong ability to understand financial statements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a collaborative, self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and pricing of new business under mentorship.
• Gain exposure to Directors and Officers, Crime, Cyber and other lines.
• Perform financial and exposure analysis across the portfolio.
• Participate in underwriting previews and benchmarking projects.
• Assist with Digital Submission and File Audit Compliance initiatives.
• Complete claims review and represent Arch professionally at events.
