Qualifications

• Minimum 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Gain exposure to Casualty & Specialty underwriting, including claims, actuarial, finance, and contracts.
• Participate in broker networking and team-building activities.
• Receive hands-on training from the Underwriting team in deal sourcing, analysis and negotiations.
• Work on live deals and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Learn underwriting systems, processes and account setup, incl. G.L., Auto GL, Umbrella, Workers Comp, Environmental and Specialty lines.
• Assist with research and provide information to the team.
