TK Elevator in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced National Accounts Billing Coordinator to manage invoicing for maintenance, repair, and extras across multiple lines of business. You will ensure accuracy, timely submission, and alignment with contract terms while coordinating with sales, work order teams, and branches.

The role requires knowledge of ERP systems, GAAP, and advanced Excel skills, supported by 1+ year in national accounts or similar settings.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years experience in National Accounts or similar industry experience and college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 3+ experience in a business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environment preferred
• 1+year of Oracle or other ERP system experience
• Basic knowledge of GAAP standard accounting policies and procedures
• Proficient to advanced skills with Excel, including the creation and navigation of complex spreadsheets.
• Basic Word processing skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Capable of performing required tasks independently and contribute as needed in a team environment.
• Excels in fast paced environment and adapts well to change.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of billing procedures and practices.
• Ability to reconcile and research in a timely manner.

Aufgaben

• Invoice accurately and timely for multiple LOBs per contractual guidelines, including submission via Work Order or Purchase Order system and email.
• Independently identify discrepancies between invoices and customer billing system information; submit to appropriate department for resolution and follow up as needed until completion.
• Follow up on work and/or purchase orders until completion of invoicing or cancelation.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, including National Account Sales, Work Order Coordinators, and branches to research and resolve customer issues.
• Review requirements for invoicing; coordinate with the appropriate department to obtain necessary backup and/or information for billing.
• Process all workorder tasks in various portals including invoicing and closing.
• Review contract language for billing, pricing, compliance, etc to ensure contracts setups are correct and invoices are in line with the terms.
• Perform root cause analysis on disputes and submit requests including credits, contract updates, etc needed to resolve the root cause.
• Research and resolve customer account issues and ensure billing system and reconciliations are updated timely and accurately to support customer remittance and proper revenue recognition for assigned accounts.
• Examine and respond to questions/inquiries and ensure information across all databases is accurate and consistent.
• Participate, as needed, in customer meetings to resolve billing and associated accounts receivable issues.
• Respond to client/account management requests to update/change client information and ensure that all changes are made within operational guidelines and accurately supports all other system related functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership
