Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant college coursework preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in customer service, sales, and office administration.
• CRM systems experience required.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to National Account Managers and clients.
• Research potential customers and assist with growth strategies.
• Gather data for revenue reports and coordinate field surveys for RFPs.
• Prepare bid documents and manage contract documentation.
• Coordinate National Accounts contract rollouts and track progress.
• Communicate with Branch Managers, Sales Reps, and AR staff daily.
• Resolve customer service issues, scope inquiries, and billing questions.
• Collaborate with legal to obtain COIs and prepare contracts and addendums.
