Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced National Accounts Billing Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on accurate, timely invoicing across maintenance, repair, and extras while managing related work orders and ensuring contract compliance.

Responsibilities include reconciling invoices with customer systems, coordinating with sales and operations, and resolving disputes through root-cause analysis. The ideal candidate has ERP experience and GAAP knowledge to support revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in National Accounts or similar industry experience and college degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• 3+ years experience in a business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer environment preferred
• 1+ year of Oracle or other ERP system experience
• Basic knowledge of GAAP standard accounting policies and procedures
• Proficient to advanced skills with Excel, including the creation and navigation of complex spreadsheets
• Basic Word processing skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Capable of performing required tasks independently and contribute as needed in a team environment
• Excels in fast paced environment and adapts well to change
• Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and practices
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of billing procedures and practices
• Ability to reconcile and research in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Invoice accurately and timely for multiple LOBs per contractual guidelines
• Identify discrepancies between invoices and customer billing system information and route for resolution
• Follow up on work and/or purchase orders until invoicing is complete or cancelled
• Collaborate with National Account Sales, Work Order Coordinators, and branches to resolve issues
• Review invoicing requirements and obtain necessary backup for billing
• Process all workorder tasks in portals including invoicing and closing
• Review contract language for billing, pricing, and compliance
• Perform root cause analysis on disputes and submit credits or contract updates
• Research and resolve customer account issues and ensure timely reconciliations
• Examine questions and ensure information is accurate across databases
• Participate in customer meetings to resolve billing and AR issues
• Update client information following operational guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership
