Position Summary

The National Accounts and Folix Sales Director is expected to manage and drive growth, manage relationships with our key national accounts, and spearhead the expansion and market penetration of our Folix brand. This role is crucial in developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong client partnerships, and achieving ambitious business objectives for brand growth and market presence

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at assigned national accounts, including major aesthetic clinics and medical spas.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Lead the expansion and market penetration efforts for the Folix brand across existing and new accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to increase the presence and adoption of Folix products.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless client experiences and effective brand promotion.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the aesthetic medical device landscape, specifically as they relate to Folix's market position.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with high-value accounts.
  • Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management, with a focus on Folix brand metrics and growth indicators.
  • Represent the company and showcase Folix products at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations of Folix devices to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor account profitability and propose solutions to improve account performance, particularly for Folix product lines.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to Folix and other company products.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and preference for Folix among key decision-makers in the aesthetic medical community.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 5 years focusing on national accounts or key accounts in the aesthetic or related medical fields.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully growing brand presence.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetic medical market, including current trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in launching or significantly growing a product line or brand within the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.

Required Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of aesthetic medical procedures and technologies, particularly those relevant to Folix products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance requirements for medical devices.
  • Knowledge of effective brand growth strategies in the medical device market.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position requires approximately 50-60% travel, including regular visits to national account locations, attendance at industry events, and periodic meetings at company headquarters
  • Must reside near a major airport to accommodate frequent travel within the territory.
