Job Title: Director of Sales & Operations

Reports To: VP of Sales

Location: Park City, UT

Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus

Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales and Operations to lead and scale our high-performing team of Account Executives. This individual will own the execution and continual improvement of inbound and outbound sales strategies, with a strong focus on pipeline development, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a senior leadership position that plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and coaching to the Inside Sales team, with a focus on performance and professional development.
  • Set and manage team goals, sales targets, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
  • Lead weekly 1:1s and team meetings to drive accountability, alignment, and motivation.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound sales efforts to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Manage day-to-day pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression.
  • Partner with Marketing and other teams to refine lead quality and conversion strategies.
  • Recruitment & Talent Development:
  • Hire, onboard, and retain top-performing sales talent.
  • Implement and continuously improve sales onboarding and training programs in partnership with the Training team.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Training, and Customer Success to align business goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure effective use and adoption of Salesforce and other sales tools to drive productivity and reporting accuracy.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Drive improvements in sales processes, playbooks, and enablement resources.
  • Own the refinement and execution of compensation plans, quotas, and incentive strategies in coordination with executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3+ years managing inside sales or Account Executive teams.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) and sales automation tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of pipeline metrics and forecasting.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, operations, training, and customer success.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus.
