Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of National Account business, including new client implementations and policy amendments.
• Provide operational support for large, complex National Account clients with high accuracy and service quality.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Client Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Compliance and Billing to execute client requests and policy changes.
• Configure and maintain policy information in administrative systems, including plan builds and eligibility updates.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into operational and claims administration solutions.
• Utilize advanced Excel and data management to validate census data and support billing adjustments.
• Respond to escalated issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Contribute to cross-functional meetings to clarify requirements and ensure delivery alignment.
