The National Account Manager (NAM), Compass Group, plays a key role in supporting and growing RedBull's partnership across Compass Group's foodservice sectors. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Compass Group, this individual helps drive RedBull's strategic priorities by developing and executing sector-specific business plans, identifying new opportunities for growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Compass organization.

This role is responsible for supporting national initiatives, enhancing sector programming strategies, and helping expand RedBull's presence across Compass sectors through both vertical and horizontal distribution opportunities. The NAM will collaborate with a wide range of internal partners, including Field Sales, On Premise Key Account, On Premise Distribution, and On Premise Marketing teams to align efforts, deliver value to customers, and achieve shared business objectives.
