The ideal National Account Manager candidate will have proven experience in an account management role, specifically within the workers compensation or group health insurance industries along with knowledge of managed care and understanding of specialty or PPO networks. The ability to build business relationships while driving account growth will set you apart.
Reports To:VP of Account Management within VGM HOMELINK
Working Location:Open to on-site in Waterloo, IA; hybrid or remote within the United States. Frequent travel is required.
Working Hours Classification:Full-Time, 40+ hours per week

Compensation Overview: The annual compensation range provided for this position is a nationwide market range that represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
