About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling User-Generated Content (UGC) games to brands and agencies. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in agencies, pitching our UGC game concepts, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with agencies, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and/or brand/advertising agencies.

A few things you’ll own include:

  • Identify and target brand agencies that would benefit from incorporating UGC games into their marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, using various prospecting methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in brand agencies, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Conduct sales presentations and games and map concepts to showcase the value and benefits of our UGC games.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized sales materials and proposals tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
  • Provide ongoing account management, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the gaming and advertising sectors.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the gaming or advertising industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the gaming industry, including an understanding of UGC games and their potential applications in marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
