Retail & National Account Manager

Our customer is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Retail & National Account Manager to grow and manage partnerships with major retailers and distributors—like Lowe’s and Home Depot—while keeping our core commitment to small- and mid-sized commercial installers front and center.

In this role, you'll develop account-specific growth plans, lead promotions and product rollouts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution across all channels. Your focus: drive smart, sustainable growth that aligns with our brand and pro-first mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow national/wholesale accounts
  • Execute seasonal programs and negotiate pricing
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and logistics teams
  • Analyze performance data to guide strategy
