Job Description

The National Account Manager for our Master Lock, Yale & August Home, and Sentry Safe brands will oversee the Lowe’s Partnership, aiming to achieve sales revenue and margin targets while managing the designated expense budget. Sales growth will be driven through maintaining and expanding existing business, collaborating across teams for both brick-and-mortar and online platforms, and pursuing new business opportunities.

Location: This role is remote-based out of Mooresville, NC with 25-30% travel expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets for Lowe’s
  • Build strong relationships with key influencers at Lowe’s
  • Act as liaison between FBIN Security and Lowe’s, collaborating with various teams
  • Prepare and deliver product line review presentations
  • Optimize product transition costs and logistics
  • Communicate forecast-impacting initiatives and participate in forecast meetings
  • Utilize store visits and data to analyze competitors’ strategies
  • Serve as a resource on customer initiatives within FBIN Security
  • Manage category initiatives and coordinate with relevant agencies
  • Apply financial knowledge to achieve favorable outcomes and propose solutions

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of experience selling to large retail accounts (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon)
  • Background in consumer durables, FMCG, or building materials preferred
  • Knowledge of POS metrics and data-driven sales growth
  • Proven success in opening new accounts
  • Ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams
  • Ownership mindset and proactive account management

Additional Information:

Salary range: $80,000 - $126,500 USD. Compensation may vary based on experience and location. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), product discounts, flexible time off, inclusive benefits, and Employee Resource Groups.
