The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced senior commercial professional for the role of National Enterprise Account Manager, Health Systems and GPOs, reporting to the National Enterprise Director. This remote, national position involves building trusted relationships with our largest customers at senior levels. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Training, Operations, and Finance/Contracting & Pricing, to support our Molecular Diagnostics portfolio.

What You’ll Work On

  • Drive profitable growth by collaborating to create and execute strategic business plans.
  • Lead efforts to enhance success in Enterprise Account Management with Health Systems and GPOs.
  • Achieve or surpass annual financial and ROI targets.
  • Coordinate resources to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships within and outside customer organizations.
  • Provide comprehensive diagnostic solutions focused on retention, penetration, and growth.
  • Manage strategic account plans, including long-term organizational insights, contract negotiations, and forecasting.
  • Gather customer insights and analyze market trends for strategic planning.
  • Lead organizational and team development through coaching and mentoring.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 7+ years’ experience in sales, finance, or strategic account leadership within Diagnostics or Medical Devices.
  • Experience with large Health Systems and GPOs.
  • Cross-functional team leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% nationally.
  • Excellent communication skills at senior levels, with the ability to develop business cases and value propositions.
  • Proven success in revenue delivery within complex solution environments.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and negotiating with senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in business, life sciences, engineering, or an MBA.
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of diagnostics market trends and laboratory practices.

The base pay range is $127,300.00 – $254,700.00, with variations by location.
