Join to apply for the Mobile Power Account Manager role at Eaton.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $121,124.97 - $150,000, and it is eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Establish sales strategies and account management initiatives for specialty OEM customers requiring mobile power products. Responsible for business development, revenue, profitability, customer relations, and overall account management. Act as the primary liaison between Eaton, Bezares, and the customer, managing relationships with engineering and purchasing contacts, understanding engineering requirements, and providing technical solutions and value propositions.

Develop relationships with key contacts, understand product performance and system operations, and evaluate current product portfolios for opportunities. Support customer growth strategies, participate in OEM events, and drive contract administration and product pricing updates. Support new product launches and customer scorecard activities. This role can be supported remotely in the USA, with approximately 50% travel within the US and Canada.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in mobile power and/or fluid power industry.
  • Minimum 3 years in CV account management or aftermarket sales.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US and reside in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business, Engineering, or technical degree.
  • Knowledge of Truck Products and the Transportation Industry.
