What You’ll Actually Own
- Own the relationship. Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned customers and members, building trusted relationships from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Build the strategy. Develop account plans that connect customer, member, and NDA priorities — including growth opportunities, KPIs, risks, and action plans.
- Find the growth. Identify opportunities to expand relationships, increase program utilization, strengthen member engagement, and demonstrate the value NDA brings through products, services, and strategic initiatives.
- Make the numbers tell the story. Monitor account KPIs, analyze business performance, identify trends and gaps, and turn insights into actionable strategies that improve results, retention, satisfaction, and overall account health.
- Lead the conversation. Develop and deliver customer and member business reviews that move beyond reporting the numbers to explaining what they mean — and what should happen next.
- Drive strategic initiatives. Lead initiatives such as SKU rationalization, assortment optimization, program implementation, communication strategies, regional expansion, and other business priorities.
- Solve the complicated stuff. Manage contracts, renewals, compliance, relationship risks, and complex business issues. Identify challenges early and negotiate solutions that work for all parties.
- Connect the dots. Coordinate NDA departments, member distributors, customers, suppliers, and external partners to keep strategic priorities moving from idea to execution.
- Be the executive in the room. Prepare and deliver presentations, business reviews, reports, and recommendations that clearly communicate performance, opportunities, risks, and priorities.
- Own the customer experience. Partner with Customer Experience and internal teams to ensure proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and a consistent, high-value experience.
