Job summary

Litehouse Foods is seeking a full-time National Account Manager for Walmart/Sam's Club to join our Bentonville team. The ideal candidate will own customer strategy, build strong relationships with retail partners, and translate consumer and market insights into sales growth and profitability.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and other internal teams to develop business plans, strengthen brand performance, and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in CPG food sales with 5–7 years account management at Walmart/Sam's Club.
• Private-label experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales and profitability across key measures.
• Build and maintain relationships with Walmart and Sam's Club buyers and stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Insights, and Sales Operations to drive promotions and plans.
• Manage forecasts and sales plans with Demand & Supply Planning.
• Turn insights into growth opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Lead presentations and negotiations to secure favorable deals.
• Oversee digital brand performance within Walmart/Sam's Club strategies.
• Address competing priorities and deliver timely, effective solutions.
