You will own Walmart relationships, drive revenue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Asia and US to deliver category strategies. Based in Bentonville, AR, this role requires strong retail experience with Walmart or national retailers, proven leadership, and data-driven decision making using tools like Retail Link, Scintilla, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive sales or account management experience with Walmart or major national retailer.
• Experience in Hand Tools, Hardware, Home Improvement, or related categories.
• Proven success managing large retail relationships and leading teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationship with Walmart for hardware private brand business.
• Develop and execute annual sales and category growth strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive launches and promotions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and assortment expansions to grow revenue.
• Lead business reviews and leverage data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with sourcing, product development, and manufacturing for launches.
