Job summary

CCI Systems, Inc. is seeking a National Account Manager to own and drive sales for targeted and new accounts across the defined region in the United States. You will develop and manage relationships and partner with Operations to drive revenue growth.

You will work with customers, strategic vendors, and internal teams to craft proposals and pricing strategies. Travel up to 75% and align with company objectives to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales/business development in Utility Engineering and Construction.
• 3+ years telecom OSP engineering experience.
• Proven relationships within the telecom industry, ideally with large carriers.
• Proficiency in selling OSP engineering and fiber networks.
• Experience leading a large territory and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategies within defined region to grow business.
• Act as customer relations manager within the assigned region.
• Drive sales to meet budget expectations within the region.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and propose solutions and be viewed as a partner.
• Develop and maintain consistent prospects and communications with customers.
• Ensure customer expectations are exceeded and pricing strategies aligned with operations.
• Respond to RFP opportunities and manage proposals and pricing.
• Coordinate sales efforts with internal teams and stakeholders.
