Job summary

Ziglift Material Handling seeks a National Account Manager to cultivate new and existing client relationships across the United States, focusing on pallet racking and warehouse storage systems. You will report to the CRO and Senior Director of Operations and Sales, driving growth with a commission-based total comp potential.

The role emphasizes nationwide prospecting, strong collaboration with internal teams, and on-site work from our office locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in the material handling industry, pallet racking and storage systems.
• Associate degree in business management or related field is required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 360 (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Identify nationwide new customer opportunities without territorial limits.
• Develop new business relationships via phone, email, social networks.
• Foster long-term partnerships and grow sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of pallet racking products and market trends.
• Coordinate projects, overseeing engineering, permitting, installation and service.
• Organize leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
