Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a National Account Executive in the United States to lead strategic account initiatives, strengthen executive-level client relationships, and drive financial performance across national accounts.

In this role you will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply partners, using data and market insights to uncover growth opportunities and deliver exceptional client value within healthcare, senior living, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of national account management experience with executive-level client relationships in healthcare, senior living, or non-commercial sectors.
• Deep understanding of GPO environments, contract negotiation, compliance, and value delivery.
• Experience with national distributors or large-scale food manufacturers, with strong supply chain knowledge.
• Advanced negotiation, financial analysis, and performance metric management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that strengthen client relationships, optimize service delivery, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and supply partners while serving as the primary point of contact for national accounts, using data and market insights to uncover growth opportunities and deliver exceptional client value.
