Job summary

Immunome, Inc. seeks a highly experienced National Account Director, Enterprise Access to lead integrated account strategy across a U.S.

national footprint in support of our oncology portfolio. You will build and sustain relationships with national and regional health plans, PBMs, and Key Account networks to advance launch readiness, coverage, formulary access, and therapeutic adoption after regulatory approval.

Qualifications

• Significant biopharmaceutical market access or commercial experience managing national or major regional payer accounts and national oncology GPOs.
• Experience across commercial, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid FFS and MCO markets.
• Experience leading payer, PBM, and oncology negotiations and evaluating pricing and contracting implications with Finance and Legal.
• Ability to engage customers nationally; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic payer and Key Account plans across a national footprint with defined access objectives.
• Lead negotiations with payer, PBM, and community accounts, balancing coverage and pricing objectives.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Finance, Legal and Compliance on contract economics and approvals.
• Build executive relationships with health plans, PBMs, IDNs, and oncology networks; coordinate field execution.
